Hoover vhv 680c vision HD tumble dryer not heating

The above tumble dryer has stopped heating up. been looking at posts and they all point to stats or heating element, however I have checked the 2 stats on the heating element and they have continuity between them and I'm getting about 54 ohms on the heating element.
I don't seem to be getting 240 volts to the heating element. Any suggestions please as I think its the control board but these are now obsolete.
I am a gas engineer so have a good idea how to test the stats and things.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
Tried it again tonight and after awhile all 6 lights start to flash, Is this some sort of fault code.? Thank in advance
