Hoover washer!!!!!!!!!

Hoover VHD8142

The valve blew on this machine in December.
The replacement part finally arrived today.
Easy to fit.
Turned the machine on and she filled no problem.
Then it tripped the electrics (presumably just as the motor was going to start turning).
Now when i turn it on the lights 1,3 & 4 are flashing and nothing will happen.

Can anybody help please.

When it stops with the lights flashing, count the number of flashes between pauses on one of the lights.
