Hoover Performa 1100 Motor not Turning

Our Hoover Performa 1100 Washer Dryer has a problem. An electrical burning smell was noticed then the plug fuse blew. This was replaced but now the motor does not turn. The timer works, the machine empties, the problem seems to be confined to the main motor. I have previously changed brushes , I have checked them now they are ok. I am prepared to replace the motor myself if I could be sure that was the problem. Could anyone suggest anything else it could be?

Does the door still lock and unlock

Check PCB and or door interlock, (although pump would not operate usually its a place to start)

Yes the door lock works. I have not got to looking at the PCB, I dont know here it is!
