Hoping someone can help - Trevi CTV mixer too cold!

Hi, as above - I have a Trevi CTV shower mixer, recently the shower isn`t going quite hot enough. With help from the internet I`ve managed to take it apart and found the black plastic `H`for increasing the maximum temperature (unfortunately it was already on maximum temp!).

Is there anything else I should check? My next step was going to be to take off the check valve covers and make sure I`m not losing hot water into the cold side....I`m possibly grasping at straws here (I undersatnd I`ll need to isolate my water feed before this though!)

Also was going to check the strainer was clear.

It sounds like the cartridge is fooked if you can not calibrate it.

I`ve got all of the other parts off except the cartridge so I`m guessing it should be easy enough for me to do on my own? Not at home at the moment so can`t quite picture it...

Is the water from the hot taps up to temperature? May be hot water issue not a shower issue.

Thanks for reply. Yes the hot water from all other taps, including the sink next to the offending shower, are all providing hot water.
