Horizontal or vertical toilet outlet?

The bathroom sanitaryware needs to be ordered and the plumber is on holiday so we can’t check with him!
Do we order a horizontal outlet for the replacement of the below? The waste has been boxed in by the previous owner but we know that the waste goes horizontally and then drops down vertically to the waste pipe in the floor. The toilet is on an outside wall and there is no outlet through the wall.

Yes, horizontal outlet. There aren't many vertical outlet ones available any more anyway
