Hormann Sectional Door - Bottom Seal

I have a 2010 Hormann Sectional garage door (LTU40) and I need to get a new bottom seal as an animal has chewed a hole in the existing one.

I thought this would be a very simple matter of finding the part number and ordering it, but this doesn't seem to be true, I phoned Hormann and they said they only deal via distributors and they gave me the name of a local company that doesn't sell their sectional doors, not a great start.

Before contacting Hormann I searched extensively online and I simply cannot find the part that I need to order, I have searched several garage door specialists and they don't list anything.

So does anyone know what the Bottom door seal for a Hormann sectional door is called and where I might be able to order it?

If it were me?? I would get back to Hormann and ask which of their distributors in the UK have the doors and parts you are seeking?

Or ask to speak with the "Technical Department"

Or send an e mail with the questions?

if you do not get a sensible reply that you are happy with find out who is the CEO or COO, and send them an e mail with a copy of your reply to your e mail asking for Information, after all it is not rocket science and these doors are not cheap??
