Horstmann ServicePlus S17R once only

i have this timswitch, i have been trying to set it to go on for two hrs every morning but it seems to want a second and third time in the same day to go
on and off, i just want once, i notice it has auto, allday,24hrs,off
please can someone give me a simple walkthrough, i want it to go off at
5am to 7am everday thats it, when it's gets i just use the thermistat dial
when i return home from work. i have the user manual already, to me it reads like stereo.

Set the first program time as required, 5 am to 7 am.
Set second and third program times as 12 am to 12 am.
Set to 'Auto'
