The Raditors become hot when the control panel is set for them to come on but also when the panel is set for only the water to get hot the water remains cold but the radiators come on . The water does not get hot at all, the only way to get the water hot is to flick a switch(electric type switch) in the upstairs airing cupboard near the hot water tank.
