Hot Water but Lukewarm Radiators

Hi

When the Central Heating kicks in, my radiators never get hotter than lukewarm. This has only happened recently and the hot water supply remains piping hot.

We have a ground floor combi boiler that feeds a hot water tank on the 3rd floor. I have bled the radiators of air and the pump sounds like it's working.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
