My radiators are working fine and I have very hot water in the kitchen and in the bathroom sink, BUT if I run water in the bathtub, the first 3or 4 inches are lukewarm ONLY and then hot will come on and then it's luke warm again; but it's hot within a minute in every sink faucet in the house.
