Hi, i have a thorn housewarmer boiler and cant get any central heating. The hot water is working ok and the radiators warm when that is on but when i switch the heating on via the wall stat nothing happens atall. Thanks if anyone has any ideas.

ok im a complete novice with boilers, probably sounds like a stupid question but how do i find the pump?!

ok found it!it doesnt have the bit on the side labelled on your pic 'speed' just the main black part. how will i tell if its not working?no sound im guessing!
does it have a large screw on the front (bleed) in the pic ?
if so undo it and use a small screwdriver to check if the shaft is free

sorry crossed post undo the screw and use a small screwdriver to spin the shaft slot in the end
Sorry, on closer inspection it isnt actually a screw, it is a dial that has 3 settings, min (l) ll and max(lll). sorry for taking so long, took a pic and trying to upload it but its taking for ages!!!
