You wouldn't normally size the cylinder by the amount of outlets, you would size it for max usage. I.E. how many people may want to use the shower at peak times, along with other hot water usage - dishes - cleaning - etc.
A 4 person family may need to use the shower one after another in the evening after the dishes have been done as against a single persons usage. Obvious which one would need the greater amount of stored HW.
