hot water from my Worcester 28CDi Combi keeps going cold

Hi Guyz
Im after a bit of advice, as it says above, when you run the water, it gets hot, then goes cold for 30 secs then hot then 1 min later cold etc etc.
Any ideas whats up with it, and what part I need to order, and can i fit it, or is it a call out job

Usually caused by a blocked plate heat exchanger.

clean or replace heat exchanger combined with a proper flush, or powerflush which will clean the culprit in the process
