just had a new worcester 28cdi combi fitted heating fine but cant get really hot water anybody any idea .

Where is the Combi fitted...i suggest you get the installer back and ask for a new condensing boiler that meets biulding regs.
try turning the water flow back a bit on the tap.Or check th DHW temperature dial is around MAX.
