Hi folks, here's a puzzler for you. My hot water runs off my combi boiler and it's really great - very hot - all over the house. My downstairs bathroom is next to the utility room that houses the boiler and the sink unit in there has a hot tap with very hot water. However, the bath hot tap - weirdly - only gives warm - not hot - water. When I run it - it does make a demand on the combi, so I'm very confused. Anyone seen this before?

If the water flow from the hot tap is more than the boiler can deliver, this is the result.
Try closing the tap a bit to restrict the flow.
