Hot water not hot enough

I have potterton suprima 100 L. Till recently both CH and HW was working fine. However now the hot water is luke warm. I have tried below changes to no avail. All/Any suggestion more then welcome.
1. incresed the hot water cylinder temp (to 70)
2. Run the boiler at higher temprature.

is the valve stuck in mid position?

how old is the cylinder?
