Water not getting hot enough

Good Afternoon

I have a Vokera Syntesi 29e combi boiler (about a year and a half old). Everything is fine during the warmer months but now the cold is upon us the hot water for upstairs is not hot enough.

The central heating and hot water downstairs is fine but the sink and bath upstairs comes out around luke warm.

The temp dial is set to max

Is there anyway to increase the temperature?
