we have an oil fired hot water boiler and a copper hot water cylinder plus a pressure pump as our water comes from a bore hole. and for no apparent reason we only seam to get half a tank of actual water before it runs out, both the hot and cold,and we can only get water from our mains feed ie kitchen and bathroom sink can anyone help

up untill a couple of days ago there would be enough to fill the bath but now there isnt and it has not been used through the day as i have diliberatly left it to see if the tank would fill up

When the water goes I would nip into the loft and see what level it's at. It could be that it isn't fully filling or fully emptying. On the other hand there might be a partial blockage.
Have a look in the loft to start eliminating possibilities.
