HOT Water slow feed

I have recently fitted two new HANSAVANTIS taps to my bathroom, I now have a slow hot water feed on both my bath and sink unit.

I have a gravity fed hot water system and was led to believe these taps were suitable.

Please could anyone help or advise.

Defo sounds like they are High Pressure taps.
