Boiler is Vokera Excell 80sp
Been having problems with dropping pressure and water from overflow.
Guy came out and replaced Pressure relief valve, added leak sealant. pressure problems improved now and no water now leaking outside from overflow (we may have a leak inside somewhere but that's another can of worms!)
Since he did this:-
When heating is not on Turning on taps etc doesn't seem to kick in the boiler for hot water. Also when heating is on you get hot water but temperature varies between hot and luke warm. Any ideas?
