Hotmail Account

Hello my hotmail account is no longer recognised , do I have to re-activate it somehow by using microsoft outlook.

If thats the case can someone show me how please ???

How long is it since you last accessed your account ? If its more than 360days then all your emails will have been deleted (good old hotmail/microshaft!)

I have had the same problem. I got round it by using mozilla thunderbird it downloaded all my lost emails, 1000's of them.
