anyone noticed? happy? is it an improvement?

My feeling is NO!!

Hotmail had a warm friendly feel !!

Never felt the need for either. Actually, I seem to remember once having a Hotmail account. I wonder if it's still there.

Not a fan. Change for the sake of it, its not been improved in anyway.

Agree it's NOT an improvement. The blue lettering is less easy to read for a start. As posted, it does seem to be change for the sake of change.
