I am trying to get a hotmail account.

My girlfriends have got one and chat on messenger but when I try to sort one, I either get ' not available' or I cant read the options they are giving me as they so faint!!!!!

argghhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


what am I doing wrong here?

the type is tiny and so faint it is barely readable.
