Hotpoint 1100 loud noise on spin cycle

Hi
We have a Hotpoint Aquarius 1100 which has developed a VERY loud noise when on its spin cycle.

It's a rattle/clunking noise which sounds like it's coming from inside the drum.

The machine has a couple of other niggly faults which we've lived with until now but is this the final straw ?
