The dishwasher does not fill with water, the water supply to the dishwasher is ok, the solenoid allows water in when operated from outside the dish washer electrics. We are not sure whether it is trying to pump the water out as soon as soon as it goes in. If you fill the dishwasher manually from a bucket at the appropriate times. We can do a successful wash.

I'd guess that the transfer hose from the water matrix to the dishwasher sump is blocked causing it to think it's overfilling. This would stop the water coming in and it would pump out any that had entered.
Base panel on front comes off, top and left panel come off, this should let you see the transfer hose.
