Hi all this is my first post.

There seems to be something (probably a screw, coin or washer from my work trousers!) stuck in the drum or part of it as there is a really loud rattle now and again on fast spin, something is in there somewhere.
Is it possible to open the machine up to remove this annoying item?
I am an electrician and have some knowledge of domestic appliances so any pointers would be great!
Cheers,
Nick

Remove the lifter inside the drum. It just pulls forward any of the 3will do and shine a torch in there then get a magnet stick and hook it out.

Many thanks Rocks1.
