I'm hoping someone can help me with this, 18 months ago brought the cannon dual fuel cooker, works fine however on occasions when cleaning or over boiling water gets between the hob plate and the burner pots then comes into contact with the ignition electrics then bang off goes all the power at main consumer unit.
An independent engineer came out and said the seals are missing/not been fitted at factory stage to stop this from happening, you cannot buy these seals only obtainable from Hotpoint.
I've tried and tried to talk to Hotpoint about the problem and new seals without success, is there anywhere other than Hotpoint that I can get new seals?
