Hotpoint CTD80 filter

hi guys i bought this about 2 years ago and than it was working until 2 weeks back. it is not working now . it is showing on the front saying filters is full water. but wich is filter is clean i have dried the filter clean everything. it is still showing filter is full and it wont work i have just wondering what is the problem with this . it is driving me insane.please help someone

bit confused are you saying that the water bottle is full but empty ,filter will not have water in it
