Hotpoint dishwasher error codes

We have a Hotpoint aquarius FDL dishwasher with a fault. The on/off and start/pause lights flicker at the end of the cycle, and it looks like the water isn't spraying.

Does anyone have any thoughts on the fault and the remedy?
