Hotpoint Dishwasher pump

Hi
I have a hotpoint aquarius dishwasher recently remove the circulating pump and refitted rubber hoses with new clips the top hose keeps slipping off seem like the weight of pump pulls it any suggestions how I can overcome this would be helpful
