Hi,

I am about to replace the interference suppressor on my hotpoint dishwasher, I didn't see how the existing was wired because I it was pulled out, I know it is live / neutral and earth but the suppressor isn`t clearly marked up unless you read electrical diagrams!

Can anyone help as I can`t find anything on these. Thanks

Usually the wires would be live on the rleft earth to the plate which screws to the cabinet and neutral on the right, when viewing this from the front. Most suppressors had internally connected wires from the mains lead with a rast style plug fitting into the top carrying the current to the main pcb . There may be a difference in the one you have received to the one removed
