Hotpoint DY46X oven

I'm not sure if this is the right forum to ask this but be grateful if anyone can help or direct me to the right place
I'm refitting my kitchen and I'm being told by a Currys shop that the Hotpoint DY46X is suitable for under the counter installation yet the Hotpoint web site shows it in a tower.
I've downloaded the user manuals and it has reference to a hob being over the top of the oven - confused!
Anyone know the answer to this one?

I've got one of these and it is a double oven,definetly not a built in under the counter oven.Here are some specs
