HOTPOINT EW91 OVEN

I think I need to replace the thermostat in the main oven as even when you set the oven on a low temperature food is smoking and burnt. It melts the plastic from ready meals.

Any ideas how to replace it on this oven or any ideas on what else it could be?

No disrespect Chris, but are you sure you should be doing a job which is relatively simple, if you cannot work out how to diy. It should not be an expensive repair.
