Hi I have a fault with my dishwasher Hotpoint FDW80 which I have traced to a blown component on the timer module. Unfortunately the device number has blown off the front of the chip when it failed, I don't suppose anyone can help who has a circuit diagram for this machine. The spare part for the timer board is HPTC00144658 and it is component Q005 that I need. It seems criminal to pay £70 for a new one when I can do the repair myself for probably 70p if I can trace the component part number. The component is made by ST microelectronics and ends with a 1 and possibly a 6 or an s before that and TO92 package, the rest is missing. Any help please. Thanks

Regardless of whether you only change the triac or buy a recon pcb it would pay to carefully check the component that particular triac switches.
A fried triac is very often the end result of a shorted electrical component. If you replace the pcb (or triac) without checking...it could pop again ;)
