I have a Hotpoint FF40X Fridge Freezer, the upper hinge on the fridge door has gone.
The hinge, pin and bush all appear to be intact. It appears to he the housing within the door that has broken causing the top of the door to drop and the bush moves within the door.
Any obvious replacement part I can buy?

Is it a case of a new door? I have thought about longer bush or building up the plastic around the bush hole and re drilling it.

Thanks

New door req. the door has been pushed passed the hinge and made the hole bigger.

So Hotpoint tell me.

They only want 130 notes for the privilege of next day delivery.

Any idea what plastic is used in the door and bush?

Door is £85.00 plus vat. Cheap plastic it don't last long. Try swapping the bush from the bottom of the door see if that does any better.
