Have had this appliance for just over two years and never had a problem with it until now. Came home the other day to discover that the fridge was sitting at -7 centigrade and the freezer at about -35 centigrade.
The temperature dial has always been set at number 3, but I've now had to turn it down to about 1 to get the temperatures back to normal. The unit hasn't been moved and no other conditions have changed.
So far it seems to be working properly again, but there's obviously some kind of problem.
