hi all, i have got a problem with the above machine, when the washing was put in and started it came up with e-30 error, i have searched on this forum and found it is a motor drive error code, can this be fixed by replacing the main motor?. this error came up last week but then it worked again for a few days with no problem but it has gone again. thanks

Check motor brushes poss worn

Yes easy ,remove lid motor on right hand side unclip brushes and replace ,if unsure you tube hotpoint motor brushes.
