hotpoint ultima WMA64-not spinning properly

when i put on a 1400 spin the clothes are no drier than the 800 spin, any advice would be very much appreciated, many thanks, mamaa

Many thanks for advice, hose is emptying the water ok. its the fast spin that isnt efficient. Jane x
