Hotpoint WMA64 Loud Knocking

Hi All,

My Hotpoint WMA64 washing machine is starting to make a loud knocking during the spin cycle. I think it must be bearings. My question is, does anyone know how to open the washing machine so I can look inside?
Looking at the back of the machine, there doesn't seem to be a panel to remove.

Are you sure it is the bearings? If you hold the outer drum then grip the lip of the inner & attempt to move it can you feel any sloppyness? It could be just the dampers if it only happens on spin.
