Hotpoint Washing Machine "No Power Light" WT640

Hi,

I have a hotpoint ultima WT640 Washing Machine. That was in middle of wash then just stop work. The power light not coming on, I have check plug fuse that was fine.

So i open it up and find L1 resistor on board looks burn.

any idaes on how to fix this? or cause L1 burn?
