Hotpoint Washing Machine WF860

Hi I have a Hotpoint Washing Machine Model WF860
which has a fault and was looking to for help on how to fix it.
When its on the final spin a code F8 appears on the digital display
can anybody help to fix this problem

fo8 is a heater fault but also takes the pcb out .meter the heater for a short if ok pcb needs changing.
