HOTPOINT WD 71 Dispensing drawer not clearing

We are having difficulty with the 'Dispensing Drawer' not releasing its contents.
Ours is a quite old machine which has served us well. We clean the 'drawer' regularly, but presently the fluid load is not dispersing. We have run the 'C' programme as recommended but the problem still exists at present.
Any ideas?

If you mean the comfort draw take the blue tray out and blow though the two holes till it clears.

Thank you for your speedy reply - however, we keep the 'Comfort' drawer in pristine condition always - so that is clearly not the problem. Is there any further internal pipe cleaning etc that we can reasonably attempt.

It may look clean but have you cleaned the tubes in the comfort section. Or is it the soap draw you are on about. If it's the later remove the blue/ green slide in the draw.

our machine is in a cleaner condition than when it was bought seven or so years ago.The powder goes through OK - the 'Comfort' tubes and drawer and all visible ares are in better than PERFECT CONDITION!
My wife is a 'Kleen-aholic' - we are searching for some TECHNICAL reason why the 'Comfort' is not dispersing even though the whole area, drawer, tubes are PRISTINE - repeat PRISTINE.
I am grateful for your response but I must stress that there is not a spot of dust even on the sliding drawer.

Check the holes in the roof of the dispenser for a blockage then check the valves with a meter.
