hotpoint wd420 flashing lights 1 & 3 - sensor fault

Hi can anyone help,
lights 1&3 flashing, so i replaced sensor switch, still same problem,
water pumps out then clunk from pump lights flash and dryer fan can be heard. i can also hear clicking from one of black "switches" on pcb.
all conections seem fine
