Hotpoint WD640 help required!

I have lost a bra wire during a wash and now its rattling around outside the drum......help........how do I retrieve it?? Will it do any damage to the drum if I run the machine with it rattling around on the outside of the drum? It makes alot of noise during the spin cycle!!

With the power disconnected, remove the drain hose at the bottom of the drum & carefully stick your fingers up between the 2 drums you may need to rotate the drum by hand until it comes down to the bottom or it may even fall out. I would not recommend using the washer without removing the wire first.

or a easy way open door grab hold of blue lifter and push towards door .then with lifter out head inside drum with a torch and very thin pliers you will see it and can pull it out
