Hi, I'm in need of help washing machine inlet valve sprung a leak and was not noticed for 2 days. I've replaced the inlet valve with no problem but now the machine is over filling. Gets to a point and the prewash light flashes and then stops filling. When you reset and empty machine after a few seconds the enhance light starts flashing but still keeps pumping out. Can anybody hazard a guess as to what to do next? Having just forked out £56 for the inlet not to happy to fork out for an engineer to come out.

Is the presure pipe and switch located by the dispenser in place. Is the filter clean is the waste pipe up high enough.

Hi Thanks for reply, Waist pipe and filter ok, but not sure about presure pipe /switch. when I replaced inlet valve the switch assy was hanging by it's wires under the inlet. Do you think the soaking it must of had would cause these problems?

quite poss it needs to be upright to work is the clear pipe kinked

The pipe is clear I wondered if blocked so blew down it with no restriction. The switch was just dangling down prior to me changing the inlet valve and the machine was working fine. I put the switch in it's correct position, and now I got problems ! ! Just don't know what to do next?

have u unpluged it for 3 mins to clear error code what number light is flashing

I had it unplugged over night with no change. Don't know how the numbers relate to which light, The stop/start light is flashing along with the prewash light when filling, and when empying the stop/start light along with the enhanced wash light. Any ideas?

It's the five on the left. Top to bottom. Ignore on off

Light one means fo 8 heater relay. Strange that you have 2 faults only thing I can think of is hose has a split in it that's the clear pipe on the presure switch. Or the connector block on the switch is loose or wet
