Hi, my washing machine will not spin or wash, I have checked the filter behind the kickboard and no blockages. when i turn the machine on the door lock light does not come on. Their is a message flashing saying door.

check connections on the pcb other wise door lock poss needs replacing.

rocks, the machine worked again once i had turned it over to check the filter then stopped again. the door is locking. where is the pcb. cheers

remove rear white cover pcb is in the corner white plastic cover on it .does the door lock now ,does it take water in ,does it spin. if no water goes in check the motor brushes .

hi rocks, don't see anything wrong with the connections to the pcb. water is able to flow into machine. just before it stoppped the last time it ran a full cycle then stopped at 01:00. i reset the cycle and then the door lock light refused to come on, the door locks but the machine does not seem to sense it.

if the drum dont go round check the motor brushes.

rocks after leaving the machine for a day, i turned it on and it worked for about half a cycle then stopped again with thee the door light out. when working the drum goes round and there is water getting in to the machine
