hotpoint wf740 all lights flashing on the control board all light on the left hand side are flashing in time with each other so is the power button the only one's not flashing in time with each other are the indicator light above the display with door locked led flashing very rapidly with fast spin every 2 or 3 flashes later & fast spin flashing slower still, prewash not quite flashing in sync with fast spin & a little slower which leves wash flashing the slowest of all.
The led display is all lit up so no error code is visable.
also the power button will turn on but once thtas done it will not turn off unless i hit the mains switch.

Is the fault something like this one.

I cant remember if the board for your machine is the same as these but with a different eeprom or not but it may be a starting point.
