I'm currently trying to repair my sisters wma 36 washer. it looks like the inner bearing has failed. I've stripped it to the point of knocking the spindle through the bearings but it wont budge? help!

Most likely bearings have siezed to the shaft. You'll probably end up requiring a new drum spider or drum and spider.

reason i ask is when i worked for HP the very first bearing change i did, i forgot to take them off
