My Aqurarius WMA32 had just changed to spin cycle when it started making a very loud clanking/banging noise and the drum was not going round. Took washing out and drum is now freewheeling with no resistance but not making any other strange noises (only when you turn it on!). Help. Have the bearings gone or could it just be a belt problem?

It sounds more likely the belt off.Unfortunately there is usually a reason why the belt comes off or snaps but try to replace it initially and give it a go.
