Hotpoint WMA37 changed brushes - blew - door lock flashing

Hi all,

We have a hotpoint wma37 which stopping spinning. We changed the brushed and run it once on spin and it was fine.

We then reinstalled it back in the house and when we run it there was a flash and bang from behind the dial and now we have the door lock light flashing problem.

Any ideas as to what has blown and what to check next or replace.

Tracks on the Pcb have blown and poss taken out conponents have a look.
